Since starting Quality Construction in 1991, I have had the pleasure of working with some wonderful people, working together to build there dream homes. As you would expect, each client has a different vision for their home and an individualized process to make it happen. Not only do I adapt to each individuals unique needs and budget, I do it with the level of craftsmanship and communication that exceeds my client’s expectations.
What is most important to understand about Quality Construction and Danny Dark is that I am a small company. I personally oversee and manage every aspect of the construction process. You get me from start to finish. This means many things, but to touch on it in the quickest way possible would be to say that there is no one better suited to manage the construction process on a daily basis. I have pride in every aspect from the level of communication, managing subs, job cost tracking and scheduling, and the most important thing, my daily pursuit to make our construction process as enjoyable as possible for you.
Now that we are in 2011, the thing to remember is that when you consider building your new home or starting a remodel, you can take comfort in knowing that the prices for land, labor and materials may not ever get better than right now.
When you call, I will want to set up a time when we can get together. Keep in mind that there are no fees for any preconstruction meetings. If you don’t already have plans and you are starting from scratch then I will bring along a preconstruction check list which will allow me to better understand your desires and match you with the appropriate Architect or Designer. If an interior designer is needed then I can refer you to the ones that I feel best fit into the team depending on budget and style. If you do not desire one then I can take us to places that will help us design for free, as long as we purchase their particular product, such as tile.
Landscape architecture is another process that is a very important part of the team. A landscape plan typically needs to be submitted to a architectural review board with the proposed building plans so getting one on board at the start is critical. This decision is also often based on the area of which your lot or property is located. It is usually best to work with one that has a good relationship with each communities architectural review board so it can be designed correctly to begin with and doesn’t create delays on getting an acceptance on our plan review.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my website and I hope to hear from you soon.
Sincerely,
Danny
